These measure approx 12” flat and stretch up to about 14” (for 28” total waist size.) Respectfully, I think any larger waist would stretch and potentially break the seams in waist. IMO these are more pewter than silver, or at least in between. Entire length of pants to bottom of shoes/boots is Approx 42”. Rise is Approx 11”.
